D's Air & Heating is a family-owned HVAC company that has served Chicago and the surrounding suburbs since 2009, and an authorized Lennox dealer as well as authorized for Carrier and Green equipment. We're not a franchise or a subcontractor network. We're a local team that has grown almost entirely through referrals and repeat customers, which is reflected in our 4.8-star rating across 53 Google reviews.

Our Story

We started D's Air & Heating in 2009 as a family business, and that's still exactly what it is today, more than fifteen years later. There's no corporate office behind the name, no rotating ownership, and no call center between you and the people doing the work. When you call, you're reaching the same local team that's been showing up for Chicago homes and businesses since the beginning.



Somewhere along the way, we made a deliberate choice to build the business around Lennox equipment specifically, rather than trying to be a generalist that services every brand loosely. Earning authorized Lennox dealer status, along with authorization for Carrier and Green equipment, meant real training requirements and real standards to keep meeting. We've kept that status the whole time, which isn't automatic, Lennox can revoke it from dealers who don't perform.


Almost none of our growth has come from advertising. It's come from neighbors telling neighbors, and from customers coming back when their next system needs attention. That's the reason our 4.8-star rating and 53 Google reviews matter more to us than any tagline we could write about ourselves.
