Why is my AC blowing warm air instead of cold?
This is often a dirty air filter, low refrigerant, or a thermostat set to the wrong mode, though it can also mean the outdoor unit isn't running at all. If warm air keeps happening, book an AC repair and we'll find the actual cause.
Why is my air conditioner leaking water inside my house?
A clogged condensate drain line is the most common cause, and a frozen evaporator coil that's thawing out can also cause it. Left alone, it can lead to water damage around the unit. Schedule a repair and we'll clear it and check what caused it.
Why does my AC keep tripping the breaker?
This usually points to an electrical issue in the unit, a dirty coil making the compressor work too hard, or a failing capacitor. It isn't something to keep resetting on your own. Book a repair visit so we can find out why.
Why is my AC running constantly without actually cooling my home?
An AC that never shuts off is often low on refrigerant, has a dirty coil, or is undersized for the space. It's also one of the first signs of a rising energy bill before anything else looks wrong. Book an AC service visit to have it checked.
